We looked at other new builds in the area but Hanlye View was really miles above the rest, and had everything we were looking for. Immediately when we walked around the property, myself and Wendy felt at home. The open plan living was great, and it is something we would’ve done ourselves. The large windows and bifold doors which opened onto the garden were unlike any of the other new builds we had viewed. There was so much natural light.

The customer journey with Sigma Homes has been fantastic. When we first moved in, we struggled to get our WIFI sorted out with a supplier. We happened to mention it to the site manager and the problem was fixed very quickly. Sigma Homes sent two people out in 24 hours - we couldn’t believe it! Any issues have been resolved and nothing is too much trouble. We can’t fault Sigma Homes - it’s been seamless.

The sales executive has been an enormous help to me during the whole process of buying my new home. They went out of their way in helping me through it all step by step. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even the smallest task was completed in a professional manner and always with a smile on their face. A true professional.
We moved to our new Sigma home in Merrywood in early May and despite some initial snags, we are very pleased with our new home and the support and care we got throughout the entire sales and aftercare process (thanks for the help and attention, highly appreciated)!
