Sigma Homes are delighted to have completed the purchase of yet another site, our third land completion of the year so far. Sigma Homes acquired the site in East Grinstead with an outline planning permission.
Considerable technical difficulties had to be overcome and a sterling effort by our in-house technical department, working closely with the landowner’s agent found a satisfactory resolution. Our reserved matters planning application for 30 dwellings is with Mid Sussex District Council and we expect to be making a site start in the near future.
