We are pleased to announce the exchange of a promotion agreement on a 10-acre site in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. The site has the potential to deliver a mixed-use scheme comprising up to 220 new homes including affordable housing, new community sports facilities and an extension to a local primary school. It provides us with an exciting opportunity to rejuvenate an underutilised area of land to provide much needed new homes of mixed tenures together with new community facilities. We will be undertaking a comprehensive public engagement programme to inform and develop our proposals for the site.
This site is another significant promotion agreement to be signed by Sigma Strategic Land. We were delighted to have been selected by the owners to promote their site, who recognised that the extensive planning and development expertise across the Sigma Group in successfully delivering complex development schemes in sensitive urban locations would be a great advantage to them in bringing forward the proposals for their site.
