Sigma Homes are delighted to have completed the purchase of the former Shrublands Nursery site in Angmering, West Sussex.
We have obtained a detailed planning permission for 40 dwellings (of which 30% will be affordable) together with the provision of Public Open Space. The site is a brownfield site comprising a derelict nursery with greenhouses, various buildings and hardstanding. The site is close to Angmering village centre, and local amenities and is conveniently located for easy access to the A259. We are excited to start work on this development in the Summer and would like to say a massive well done to the professional team involved.
