We are pleased to confirm that Sigma Strategic Land have today exchanged contracts on another option agreement to secure a great site in the sought-after village of Ashford Hill in Basingstoke & Deane.
The site is well located on the edge of the existing settlement and has great potential for a delightful residential scheme for approximately 50 family homes, including affordable housing. A planning application will now be prepared for immediate submission to the council.
