Sigma Homes is delighted to have been selected as a Delivery Partner for Homes England, the Government’s housing delivery agency. Our successful application to join the Delivery Partner Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will enable Sigma Homes to access and bid for Homes England sites. This is particularly exciting as Homes England is one of the largest vendors of residential land. The DPS will be one of Homes England’s main routes for land disposal.
This marks an exciting step in the growth of Sigma Homes given that we are one of just 24 SME housebuilders from across England who have been successful in the process. Geoff Potton, Chief Executive of the Sigma Homes Group commented: “this is a rigorous selection process and our success demonstrates the strength of the Sigma Homes Group and recognises our ability to perform and successfully deliver on a wide variety of housing and mixed-use schemes. Sigma Homes looks forward to working with Homes England to deliver the housing on these sites that is so desperately needed”.
Other public bodies may also use the DPS to procure developers for sites. Sigma Homes is very much looking forward to the opportunities arising from being a Delivery Partner with Homes England.
