Sigma Homes are delighted to have exchanged contracts this week on another exceptionally well-located housing site. The site is located in a highly sustainable village in the Borough of Waverley. A planning application will now be prepared for submission in the autumn for approximately 50/60 new homes including the provision of much-needed affordable housing.
The site was identified off-market, negotiations concluded directly with the landowners and contracts were exchanged in a very short timescale.
