We have recently completed the purchase of our latest housing site in the much sought-after village of Cuckfield, West Sussex. The former Court Meadow School in Hanlye Lane has detailed planning permission for 13 houses including 4 affordable homes. Construction is starting imminently with the houses scheduled for completion in the Summer of 2023.
On the matter, our Senior Land Manager, Mark Allison comments: “This is another important site acquisition for Sigma Homes and one that will add to our ever-increasing portfolio of development sites across the Sussex region. This was again a great team effort to get the site secured and across the line. I am really looking forward to seeing this site coming out of the ground over the next few months. We are already receiving customer enquiries and expect interest in these houses to be very strong”.
