Sigma Homes are delighted to announce that we have completed the purchase of another housing scheme in West Sussex.
This follows a successful site promotion through the Mid Sussex Local Plan where the site was allocated for residential development in the MSDC Site Allocations DPD.
Senior Land Manager, Mark Allison, comments, with an imminent site start and strong interest from potential purchasers already gathering pace, we fully expect this to be another successful scheme for the Sigma Homes Group. The acquisition of this site is particularly satisfying having managed the scheme all the way through the promotion and planning process, which now allows us the privilege of delivering these beautifully designed family homes.
