We are delighted to report that our planning application for 40 new homes on the site of the Former Shrublands Nursery site in Roundstone Lane, Angmering has been registered.
The Site is within the administrative area of Arun District Council where housing need is acute. This scheme will help in meeting the demand and delivers a policy-compliant 35% of on-site affordable housing. The site is within the defined built-up area in a highly sustainable location and forms part of a wider landholding that has already been allocated for residential development.
We are very much looking forward to a speedy and positive determination.
This has been a great collaborative team effort by our technical department leading an excellent team of external consultants, to get this application prepared and submitted in just over 3 months from the land purchase exchange.
