Sigma Homes are delighted that the Mid Sussex District Council planning committee approved our planning application for 20 dwellings at our site at Rogers Farm, Fox Hill, Haywards Heath last week.
This follows a successful site promotion through the Mid Sussex Local Plan by Sigma Homes where the site was allocated for residential development in the MSDC Site Allocations DPD.
The site is approximately 3.1 acres and is sustainably located on the edge of Haywards Heath. The development comprises just 19 carefully designed houses and 1 apartment including 30% affordable housing. This is yet another exciting development that will now go into immediate build production.
