We have completed construction of our Merrywood development in the highly desirable Surrey village of Thames Ditton. The £18 million scheme has been exceptionally well-received, with just four apartments now available.
We began construction of the 1.2-acre brownfield site in spring 2023. Located off Weston Green, Merrywood delivers a collection of 26 contemporary, energy-efficient homes. The mix includes 12 three-bedroom semi-detached houses and 14 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, each designed with modern comfort and sustainability in mind.

We also incorporate sustainable technologies such as high-performance insulation, energy-efficient heating systems, and electric vehicle charging points.
The development’s location places residents within walking distance of Weston Green village, with its independent shops, cafés, and local services, as well as fast rail links to London Waterloo in approximately 30 minutes, or to the coast in Brighton. Hampton Court Palace and Bushey Park are nearby, with beautiful parkland and riverside walks.
The four available apartments at Merrywood include a choice of two and three-bedroom layouts, all ready to move into. Each benefits from secure parking with communal EV charging points and access to landscaped gardens. Tailor-made incentives are available on selected plots with prices from £550,000 for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment.
