Sigma Homes have considerable in-house land, planning, construction and technical expertise

The Sigma Homes Group prefer to take a collaborative approach to planning wherever possible, working closely with the local authority, resident interest groups and other key stakeholders to bring forward sensitively designed housing developments that reflect the local vernacular & character of an area.

The Sigma Homes Group is very well funded from our own internal resources and has the financial resources required to meet the expense of those projects that we are working on. This means that decisions can be made swiftly and are never constrained by external funding considerations.

We have a very experienced team led by Managing Director Chris East, who’ll be happy to discuss your land queries with you.

Damian Sullivan

Planning Director

As Planning Director at Sigma Homes, I play a key role in shaping the planning strategy for a diverse portfolio of residential developments across the South East. I am a Chartered Town Planner who has worked in the built environment for over 20 years. I hold an additional qualification in environmental planning legislation (PISEP) and hold an associate position with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

I have a genuine passion for planning, the built environment and creating places where people can thrive. I enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues, consultants, local authorities and local communities to help deliver thoughtfully designed developments that make a positive and lasting contribution.

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience across large-scale residential development, supporting land acquisitions, undertaking site appraisals, assembling consultant teams and managing the planning process from inception through to applications, appeals and delivery. I particularly enjoy solving complex planning challenges, balancing commercial objectives with good design and working positively with all those involved in the planning process.
