When purchasing your new home off-plan you have the option for personalisation and to create a bespoke atmosphere designed to your own taste and your family’s needs. Select finishes for your new home from carefully curated samples, chosen by the Sigma design team to meet our and your exacting specification. From kitchen cabinets and work tops to the finishing of the en suites and bathrooms, the scope is there to create your perfect home down to the last detail.
Securing your ideal home
No two Sigma developments are alike; we cater the design, layouts and exteriors to each individual location. Once a new development is announced and the brochure released, you may discover that your choice of home is not immediately available for release – new build developers release their homes in stages as the build progresses.
With Sigma you can reserve your chosen home off-plan with a small deposit before our homes are released. Use the development site plans, floor plans, and CGIs to help you make the decision about which home is right for you.
Off-plan reservations, so you don’t miss out
When buying with Sigma you'll find that our, exclusive developments offer a variety of homes with only a few of each type. Waiting to reserve on release may mean that the home you’ve selected was reserved by someone else off-plan.
What you'll need to make your off-plan reservation
To secure the home you've chosen before the official release, an off-plan reservation can be made. Just like any other reservation, you will need to:
1. Prepare
If you have a property to sell, we would recommend you have preliminary discussions with your estate agent of choice regarding the marketing of your own property and also with an Independent Financial Advisor, to ensure you will be in a proceedable position to purchase your preferred plot.
2. Make a small deposit
An Early Bird Reservation - you are able to reserve your preferred plot prior to it being released by paying a £150 reservation fee which will be fully refundable if you change your mind within 24 hours once notified that the plot is now for sale.
A Full Reservation - on a released plot will require a full Reservation Fee of £2,000*. You have 14 days in which to cancel and receive a full refund if you should change your mind.
*Should you decide not to proceed with your reservation after the 14 day cancellation period, £1,000 of the original deposit is retained.
