Sigma Homes have an assisted move scheme “Easy Move” an effective way of helping you achieve the best possible value for your property on the open market. As the UK’s premier Assisted Move provider, Move+ facilitate the process with you directly, to put you in a position to buy your dream Sigma Home. We then manage all aspects of the process proactively, from start to finish.

How does Move+ help you move in to your new Sigma Home?

Move+ work with local Estate Agents across the country to gain the best possible valuation advice, reporting back to both Sigma Homes and you, providing industry leading information all packaged in an innovative valuation report. Once you have agreed with Sigma Homes a marketing price for your property you will be asked to pay £150.00 to Sigma Homes and they will then put your chosen plot on hold for a maximum of 4 weeks during which time your property will be actively marketed to secure a purchaser. Once you have found a proceedable purchaser you can then proceed to a full reservation of your new home.
