Sigma Homes was formed to build a business based on the best of house building practices and delivering something different to the discerning buyer in the South East of England. Incorporated in the Spring of 2012 our vision was to source the very best of land opportunities through a long-established network of land contacts whilst at the same time establishing new alliances with like-minded industry professionals. The vision extends to a careful approach to the design, specification and construction of a product that will attain an enviable reputation for quality and a personalised customer service second to none.

Directors

Terry Roydon - Chairman

Terry Roydon B.Sc. (Estate Management) London, M.B.A. (University of Pittsburgh) was born in 1946. He was previously Chief Executive of housebuilders Comben Group PLC and Prowting PLC both quoted on the London Stock Exchange. He is Chairman of AIM quoted Inland Homes Plc as well as holding a number of non-executive and consultancy positions in UK and continental housebuilding companies. He is also a Member of the Management Board of Dom Development S.A., a major quoted Polish residential developer. He is currently President of the European Union of Housebuilders and Developers

Geoff Potton - Chief Executive

Geoff has exceptional experience and depth of knowledge of the housing industry, having been chief executive of both Antler Homes and Miller Homes for the periods 2002-2008 and 1998-2002 respectively. Prior to that he spent 30 years with the Bryant Group where he attained group board level status and was managing director of Bryant Homes with a 4000 unit output which contributed £470m to a group turnover of £558m.

Geoff is currently non-executive chairman of MDA Consulting which provides quantity surveying and project management services both nationally and internationally.

Olivier Bonavero

Olly has dual French / British nationality and speaks English, French and German. He was educated at St Paul’s School, London, Oxford University (The Queen’s College) and London Business School.

Olly has worked in international finance and trading in London, New York and Singapore and was a board director of ED&F Man Sugar, a 2,300-employee company with a multi-billion US dollar turnover.

In 2009, after completing a Masters in Finance at London Business School, Olly joined Woodsford Consulting Ltd as Chief Investment Officer, where he oversees an international investment portfolio with extensive interests in real estate and development.

Richard Smith

Richard has degrees in civil engineering and economics and qualified as a chartered surveyor with DTZ. He has over 25 years’ experience in the property development, investment and property service industries. He is currently chief executive of LTC Holdings plc and chairman of HML Holdings plc which is quoted on the London Stock Exchange.
